We offer our customers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with your Leggett Scrubs purchase for any reason, simply return it for a full refund, subject to the conditions stated below.

Returns and Exchanges

If you decide to return or exchange your purchase, you may do so within 30 days of purchase. Please e-mail us at info@ltc2.com or fill out the form on our Returns and Exchanges page. Please send us the details of your return or exchange and the reason why, so we know to expect your return.

 

Repackage the merchandise and return (at your expense) via ground service of your choice or USPS insured, for your protection, to the address below. Leggett Scrubs and Leggett Town and Country will not be responsible for lost merchandise.

Once we receive your items in the store, we will issue a full refund. To receive a refund, merchandise must be in as-new condition. All tags must be attached, packaging must be intact, and clothing must be unwashed and unworn.

Shoes may be exchanged or returned if they are in as-new condition and the soles are unscratched. When trying on shoes for the first time and until you are sure the shoes fit correctly, be sure to walk on carpeting or other soft flooring only.

If you live in or around the Danville, Virginia area, you may return your purchase directly to our retail location. You must have a copy of your receipt in order to return for exchange or credit.

Shipping and Handling Information

At this time, Leggett Town and Country can only ship orders within the United States. We only ship merchandise via UPS Ground or USPS. Our flat rate shipping charge of $7.95 includes all shipping and handling charges. However, large items (such as coolers) may have an additional shipping charge due to size and weight. 

 

In-stock items ship within 24 - 48 hours. Items purchased after 4:00 p.m. on Friday will not be processed/shipped until Monday. If Monday is a Federal mail holiday, items will not be shipped until Tuesday. Items we do not have in stock will ship directly to you from the manufacturer. Due to COVID-19 shutdowns, this can take 3 - 4 weeks. You will be notified within 24 - 48 hours if an item is out of stock.

*Due to Covid-19 and shipping delays, we cannot guarantee when items will arrive. We strive to have your items to you in 3 - 5 business days, but this largely depends on UPS and USPS shipping schedules.

Leggett Scrubs does not share, sell or trade customer information, including e-mail addresses. Customer credit card information is used to complete the order only. We do not use or release any credit card or financial information for any purpose. For privacy purposes, all information relating to our customers is stored on a highly secure server that is not accessible via the Internet.
